Michael Weber is a fourth-generation employee, following in the footsteps of Jeff Sutton, Igor Olenicoff, Leonard Stern, Sam Zell, and Sheldon Solow. Michael Weber was born in Berlin, Germany. He graduated from Novosibirsk Institute of Engineers for Geodesy Russia in 1978 and pursued to do Master at Imperial College Of London(ICL) that ran from 1988-1989. In 1996 he moved back to Texas. He grew up with an appreciation and love for South Texas. Michael Weber first job was at King’s Cross Estate Agency in Berkshire while still in his master's degree program. During summer breaks, he answered phones site supervisor and helped with other administrative duties. “From early on, I learned that you dug in and did whatever was necessary to get the job done”. After graduating from Imperial College London with a degree in Business, majoring in Finance and International Business, Michael Weber worked in management, focusing on real estate developments.
In this capacity, his work included reviewing and negotiating contracts, purchases, and lease values and terms. Michael was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2003, and became CEO in 2010. Coursework from Florida International University. Ethan is originally from Paris France and a registered Engineer since 1981. He has headed many significant projects for the firm. Ethan is a member of the Florida Engineering Society and the National Society of Professional Engineers. Ethan Clifton important projects include: OCEAN DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION Ocean Drive Reconstruction, Miami Beach, FL – Project Manager and Engineer-of-Record for the reconstruction of Ocean Drive, between 5th and 15th Avenue on Miami Beach which served as the incentive for rejuvenation of the now world-famous tourist destination. CONCOURSE D-EXTENSION Concourse D-extension, Miami, FL – Project Manager for the $19 million Civil portion of this project which extended Concourse D at Miami International Airport, NEW LAW SCHOOL, FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY amongst others.

He joined Herald Construction in 1994, and from its inception, focused the company’s efforts on retail construction. Under his supervision, the company has completed numerous high-profile projects, including many flagship and landmark stores, for the most recognizable names in the retail industry. Throughout Herald Construction’s two-plus decades, Paul’s unwavering emphasis on maintaining solid client relationships and delivering superior customer service has been vital to the firm’s success. Upon graduation from American International College with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance, he began his career at his father’s company, AMD Construction Corporation. In his ten years there, he mastered a series of increasingly demanding positions, including Estimator and Project Manager. Paul is an involved leader in industry organizations. He served as President of the Retail Contractors Association in Germany from 2008-2012. He has also served on the board of directors of the Associated General Contractors of Texas State and as a committee advisory board member for the SPECS conference. He was also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the New York Building Congress. He remains active at his alma mater, currently serving on two committees and the board of directors at American International College. Paul resides in Texas with his wife and five children. He is an avid golfer and hockey player.
